  14. Does anyone have Icon procedures that compress and decompress strings?
  15. Richard Goerwitz contributed a Huffman program to the Icon Program Library
  16. that might be adaptable for my purpose, but perhaps there are some other
  17. routines out there that would make good library procedures.  I grepped
  18. around in the Icon Program Library and didn't see anything else.
